More summer fun!

What a busy week!

Tuesday was Ian's birthday.

Yesterday we met an old co-worker of mine and her family at the petting farm. It changed a lot since we were there this spring! They added new things and have a lot more animals (since a lot of animals had babies). It seems like we go to the petting farm a lot, but it really is a fun place to hang out and it's good for all ages of kids. It still can be free if you just stick to the animals. Usually we buy a snack while we are there. I want to help support their business and the kids are always in the mood for a cookie or ice cream. Yesterday we splurged and the kids took a turn on the new pedal car track. Ian didn't quite get the idea of staying on the track. He'd drive off onto the grass and say "I crash!" luckily it's a low key placeandthey were ok with me walking around and helping him.

Today Ian had speech this morning. We are going to the library soon. We're also dropping off the application to join a homeschool group for the fall. Then later tonight we are going to North Muskegon for the summer parade. Lots of fun!
